Aesthetik in der Hautarztpraxis Dr. Tatiana von Bayern

Smoother, tighter and rejuvenated skin thanks to fillers and all the rest.

Many patients are afraid of beautification, rejuvenation and correction. The reason for this reluctance is that they want to avoid at all costs any surgery involving anaesthesia, surgical incisions and the remaining scars and too much visual change.

In order to enable these people to benefit from effective anti-ageing, visible smoothing of wrinkles as well as tightening and rejuvenation of the skin, I have decided to specialise in non-invasive aesthetic procedures at my dermatological clinic in Munich: non-invasive means that we refrain from surgical procedures and achieve effective and natural-looking beautification without them.

Experience and expertise for your anti-ageing treatment

If you are looking for a gentle correction for fine lines, wrinkles and volume loss, especially on the face, chin and neck, then you should consider one thing before making a decision about treatment: your face and its individual characteristics are the hallmark of your individuality. Family, friends and colleagues recognise you by your face. And for exactly this reason, you should rely exclusively on proven specialist expertise when planning aesthetic enhancements. My extensive dermatological qualifications and long-standing work in leading dermatology surgeries and clinics mean that I am very familiar with the anatomical structures of skin and tissue – especially on the face. I draw upon this knowledge when you consult me to beautify, rejuvenate, refresh, and more aesthetically accentuate your appearance. There are many therapeutic options at my dermatology clinic that I would like to present briefly to you:

Wrinkle treatment with muscle relaxants or hyaluronic acid

The facial folds of the human being can be divided into two basic types: on the one hand, facial expression wrinkles appear that result from underlying muscles being subject to constant intense strain. In order to smooth and harmonise such wrinkles, I offer targeted injections with a globally renowned active ingredient, which leads to a slight inhibition of muscle activity in the corresponding area, thus smoothing the skin.

In contrast, hyaluronic acid wrinkle treatment focuses on the second major type of facial wrinkle. These are caused by normal skin ageing and result from the natural loss of moisture, elasticity and decrease in subcutaneous adipose tissue. Eventually, visible volume losses, such as temples, cheeks and chin, are due to this age-related process. In order to improve sunken areas of the skin, I also include injection therapy with hyaluronic fillers in my range of services.

Skin booster — for focused moisturising of your skin from the inside

Another innovative treatment for the lasting aesthetic refinement of your skin is the skin booster treatment which I use at my dermatology clinic. These also use targeted injections to deliver moisture, nutrients and volume deep into the skin. They are usually applied over a large area and are also ideal for treating sunken acne scars. Each treatment requires several sessions.

Vampire lifting or mesotherapy: actively revitalise the skin

Intensive forms of skin stimulation and skin revitalisation can be achieved with vampire lifting. This method is also often referred to as Dracula therapy or PRP treatment. In principle, this procedure involves extracting a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with a particularly large number of growth factors and cytokines from the patient’s own blood. This highly concentrated plasma is injected into the skin and can stimulate strengthening, firming and rebuilding processes.

Mesotherapy is based on similar principles. I work with fine, short needles or a special mesotherapy pistol to bring a mixture of individually combined and dosed drugs, active ingredients and nutrients directly into certain skin zones. Therapeutic impulses from acupuncture, neural therapy and drug therapy all complement each other in pursuit of the desired aesthetic results.

Fat-melter injection for targeted contouring and accentuation

The fat-melter injection is an effective therapy for localised fat reduction and melting smaller problem areas. The method is ideally suited to gently reducing individual annoying fat deposits and loose skin, for example with a double chin, sagging cheeks or abdomen. The process involves injecting the active ingredient Aqualyx® into the relevant zone in order to specifically break down fat cells.

Skilled medical cosmetic treatment

I build on holistic therapy concepts in my dermatological aesthetics treatment, also including medical cosmetics services where necessary. My anti-ageing treatments, effective skin peels – for example, using fruit acid – acne cleansing, medical foot care and dermatologically focused cosmetic consultation are important elements.
